World Mental Health Day in Primary 5

P5B celebrated World Mental Health Day 2023. We talked about positive feelings and uncomfortable feelings. We used a ‘Helping Heart’ template to show ways to help ourselves and to help others. The children came up with many different ways to help themselves and others. What a great bunch of children they are! 🤩
