Today, our School Council visited Stormont with Ebrington’s School Council to see what happens in our government buildings. We were guided around and shown all the different functions of each room while being taught lots of information about the government and the building itself. We had a debate in the chamber like the MLAs do and voted to ban school uniforms with a 14-9 vote in favour! We got to meet MLAs Sinead Mc Laughlin & Timothy Gaston to share our ideas & concerns.
