We were delighted to welcome Glen into school to talk to the pupils about Creggan Library’s Big Summer Read.
During the visit, the children learned how they can take part in the exciting summer reading challenge. Glen explained how reading regularly over the summer holidays can help children maintain and develop their reading skills, spark imagination, and build confidence.
He encouraged everyone to get involved, highlighting that taking part is a fun way to discover new stories, explore different genres, and keep minds active over the break.
We hope many of our pupils will sign up for the Big Summer Read and enjoy a summer full of books!
