Our new topic, Off on an Adventure, is well underway—and this week, we’ve dived straight under the sea! 🌊
The children have been busy creating wonderful sea creatures, exploring our small world ocean scene, and designing and staining their very own pirate maps. 🏴☠️
Across all subjects, learning has taken on an adventurous twist - cross curriculum learning on ‘World Around Us Wednesdays’. Today the children loved sequencing Nemo’s diary entry, hunting for treasure, and using tally charts to count different coins. We’ve also been developing our language skills, using our new thinking frames to describe and explore everything you might find beneath the waves.
We can’t wait to see where our adventure takes us next!
