In our PAWSB lesson, Primary 6 learned all about our amazing brains and how they help us think, learn and manage our feelings. We talked about how the brain can sometimes go into “alert mode” and what helps it stay calm and focused. The class really enjoyed the discussions, asked brilliant questions, and loved learning simple strategies to help their brains do their best work.
