Our Primary 6 children had a fantastic start to their six-week block of Sound Baths with Fiona this week ✨
This was their first session and the children thoroughly enjoyed the calm, relaxing experience. They explored how different sounds and vibrations can help them to feel settled, focused and mindful. The sessions will also support the children in becoming more aware of how emotions feel in their bodies and give them strategies to help regulate and manage their feelings more effectively.
It was wonderful to see them embracing the opportunity to slow down, reflect and enjoy some peaceful time together. We’re already looking forward to the next session!
