Today as part of Maths Week our children took part in some exciting hands on activities linked to our WAU topic. Firstly the children worked together to sort and sequence key inventions on a timeline. This activity encouraged them to think about the past, make logical connections and use their problem solving skills.
Next the children explored symmetry by completing the other half of a lions face. This task helped them to develop their understanding of reflective symmetry and gave them a chance to show off their artistic flair.
