Notices for week beginning Monday November 13th 2017

Tomorrow marks the beginning of National Anti-Bullying Week. The children in all classes will be discussing this topic and taking part in a variety of activities including signing our Annual Anti Bullying Pledge. Our P7s will be holding an assembly round this theme on Wednesday. Parents and extended family of our P7 children are invited to attend. It will take place in the assembly hall at 9.10am.

 

Nursery News

  • Please note that the Health Visits will be taking place on Tuesday November 21st and Wednesday November 22nd
  • The Nursery teachers are currently organising Parent/Teacher Meetings for the week beginning Monday November 27th. Please fill in a time on the sheets outside the classrooms.
  • The children are going on a trip to Bananas next Friday November 17th
  • Parky will be entertaining our Nursery children on Friday December 8th…more details to follow.

 

School News

  • All clubs are running as normal this week
  • Congratulations to our P6 children who completed their Shared Education Programme on Friday. They will have a celebration day early in the new year. This will be a great opportunity to keep in touch with their new friends.
  • This Friday November 17th the P3s from Ebrington will be visiting Holy Child PS to take part in an Art and Craft Session.
  • The Fire Brigade will also be visiting our P5s on Friday
  • Shoe Boxes – We hope lots of families are taking part in this initiative this year. Our first box was brought into school last week- the first of many we hope! All boxes to be with us by Monday November 20th at the latest.
